I hope all is well in your world.

I am writing to share an update on where I'm at and what I'm doing and ask you for some help.

You may remember that I was put on a 'Spirit Hold.' That's what I call it when Spirit steps in and tells us to stop what we are doing.

I've had this happen once before in my 25 years of doing this work. Basically, what happens to me is everything slows to - eventually, if I'm not listening - a halt. And that's about where I was - few new clients, a trickle of students. I was struggling to produce the materials I thought I was supposed to be producing. Everything was just feeling out of alignment.

Spirit Holds always come with their own learning, healing, and growth, and I had no shortage of things to look at and clear. What I was offered was an opportunity to stay in alignment because when I am in alignment, I know everything is just as it should be, and I'm moving to my next step.

When you are quiet, listen, and do the work that needs to be done, eventually, your 'what's next' will show up.

For me, this process has been one of walking the talk, of sitting in the knowingness that I am aligned, connected, and guided from within.

However much I miss working with my students, I know this time is needed for each of us to catch up with ourselves and integrate all the work we have done.

I am still working with clients, doing readings and coaching, so reach out if you want to do some deeper work. With a pause on programs and teaching, I have more time for sessions. Spending time with so many people in a one-to-one setting has been transformative.

And...I'm so happy I didn't fight any of this.

Now for the super exciting news!

With A Dog By Your Side

15 years ago, I started working on a book that I called Conscious Dog. It was about all the information that dogs have shared with me, such as why they are in our lives and the important roles they play in our lives. Plus, exploring everything I've learned in terms of supporting their health and wellness holistically. When I started this book, I was seeing the next step in the conscious evolution of our shared journey. One thing I've come to understand is that I tend to be way ahead of my time. It's taken me a long time to understand that, but I understand now. Things I started working on 10 or 15 years ago are just starting to have a space today. Things I started working on last year - it's too soon for them, but they will return (ehm...like Soul Evolution™.)

I'm so excited to share that, during this Spirit Hold, I have returned to working on this project. It is now called With a Dog By Your Side: Our Shared Journey of Healing, Growth, and Evolution.

The first part of the book is channeled from the Canine Collective Consciousness. The collective spirit of dogs shares why they are here, how they work with us, and what they are working on for their own healing and growth. They invite you to take the next step in this shared journey and see them in a new way.

The second part of the book is in my voice. I share many of the important things I've learned while supporting dogs and their people over the past 25 years, including my ground-breaking Canine Hierarchy of Needs and the incredibly important concept that we are in a Spiritual Contract with our dogs and that together, we are working on learning, healing, and growing. I offer a new way to experience our relationships with our dogs, plus insight and tips on moving your relationship to the next stage of shared evolution.
